How it works - Imports
First you decide on the type of car you want along with factory
options, transmission, number of doors, colour etc.
Once you decide to proceed then you should contact a member of
The Apple Car Group’s sales team by telephone, fax or Email.
You will be asked for a token deposit offset against their arrangement
fee in order to kick-start the order procedure.
You will then be sent an order form provided by the supplier. A
Confirmation of Agreement with the Agency and an authorisation mandate.
These documents must be signed and returned along with a copy of
your passport.
You must then send your deposit to the supplying dealer's bank
in the currency of their country. We will supply all the relevant
bank information to make this a simple procedure. You may choose
your own bank to arrange this transaction or alternatively you can
contact Currencies Direct, who offers very competitive rates of
exchange. They will send your deposit and can also fix the exchange
rate for the balance of your payment. To

Once the deposit is received in the Supplier's bank a receipt will
be issued and your car will then be placed on order.
Once your car has been built and delivered to the supplier, you
will then be required to send the balance of pre-tax price in the
same manner as the deposit. Remember that you are only paying the
dealer the tax-free price. UK VAT is payable to Customs & Excise
after the car has been registered.
Once the dealer receives payment, The Apple Car Group will arrange
shipment and delivery of your car to the UK port nearest your address.
Doorstep delivery can be arranged at sensible prices.
The Apple Car Group will collect the monies for Shipment, Arrangement
fees,
Registration fees and Road Tax on a separate invoice.
