How it works - UK Cars

Once you have decided on the make, model and options required on your new car and wish to place an order, you should do the following:

Call the Apple Group sales department on 01943 882600 and speak to one of their advisors. Your details will be required along with the full delivery address. You will also be asked to pay the arrangement fee, which in most cases also acts as the deposit.

Payment can be made by any approved credit or debit card. Receipt of this payment along with the completed order form will normally be sent to you within 24 hours.

Your verbal instructions will be accepted as a binding contract between you and The Apple Car Group, who in turn will order the car on your behalf. All our cars are ordered from UK franchised dealers immediately upon receipt of your deposit. Cancellation of a car once it has been ordered will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Once the dealer receives the car you will be contacted by The Apple Car Group to discuss method of payment. Full payment must be made prior to collection or delivery of your car. As a Fleet partner to Bank of Scotland Vehicle Management and Lombard Vehicle Management, The Apple Car Group has excellent terms for the following finance packages:

- Hire Purchase
- Lease Purchase
- Contract Hire
- Personal Contract Purchase

Please ask for a quote before arranging your finances elsewhere. Only when your payment has been made in full to either the dealer or The Apple Car Group will the car be released. In most cases our prices include delivery to mainland UK. Remote locations sometimes attract a small delivery charge.

All cars are full UK specification and UK supplied including the full manufacturers warranty. In order to obtain these high levels of discount some cars may be pre-registered and sold with delivery mileage. This in no way affects the re-sale value of your car.
