Having recently taken delivery of my daughter Charlotte's new car,
I am delighted to place on record the most professional manner in
which you and your team, acting on our behalf, fulfilled your obligations.
It is often stated that the purchase of a new vehicle is only surpassed
in terms of stress by the purchase of a new house, notwithstanding
the momentary aspect; adding this statement to a proposed new vehicle
import was, in effect, a potential nightmare.
Undaunted, and with my daughter's encouragement, we 'surfed' most
of the known internet sites and a few others! and whilst we found
substantial savings, they were at best very unfriendly, with search
fees and hidden charges.
By pure chance, I was given your letter of introduction and shortly
after made contact. It was a breath of fresh air!!... The extremely
professional manner in which you took our enquiry, obtained and
confirmed costs, advised on payment methods, and keep us informed
of progress was magnificent, and only surpassed when the car was
shipped to the UK and delivered to the door, in handling and checking
the entire paperwork system involved.
The car met all our expectations. In short, your expertise and professional
ability transformed a potential nightmare into a simple exercise.

I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your involvement
in the purchase of our Renault Megane Cabriolet.
I know I came across as a bit of a cynic, initially, asking so many
questions, I but you dealt with them in a very professional manner
and everything you said would happen did, either via your web site,
e-mail or telephone. People I speak to still can't believe the greatest
amount of work I had to do was to have some number plates made!!
I thought I was a few years away from owning a new car, however
due to saving nearly £3,000 and your involvement I have had
'my dream' early. Just one other point to note, I did look at other
web sites who import cars, even the famous 'consumer' one and none
were cheaper than you, and I'm sure you'd also have to go a long
way to get the services and efficiency we received.
