I have just taken delivery of my new Jaguar. The driver gave me a full presentation of the car and even explained how the Sat/Nav worked…Brilliant. I know I asked a lot of questions prior to giving you my order, but I must say your patience and the information provided was superb. Buying from the Internet can appear to be hazardess, but I will certainly recommend Apple to all of my friends. I will explain all about your procedures, so they won’t give you such a hard time as I did.

Having now received delivery of my new car I am still at a loss as to why my main dealer could not come anywhere near your price. It does seem strange how the Apple Car Group is cheaper than official agents. But why should I worry. I’ve got exactly the same car, delivered on time and saved a staggering £4500.

Thanks for your email asking for my comments about Apple Car Leasing. I can honestly say that switching from our original supplier was one of the few things I’ve done right this year. Apart from saving us money, your staff’s personal touch has reduced our admin costs and headaches immensely. We are finding the Bank of Scotland excellent on the maintenance side. You certainly make good partners. We will be changing 8 vans in January. When do you need to know the specs?

As you know, I originally contacted you through your Import website for a new Rover 75. I did not know that I could buy a UK car and still save such a large amount of money. The car arrived this morning by transporter and was immaculate. The V5 also arrived in today’s post. How did you manage that? May I say dealing with The Apple Car Group was a pleasure and I didn’t even have to get off my backside.

I will be changing my wife’s car next year and will certainly ask you to do the business again.

I bought my Audi TT through the Audi dealer used by The Apple Car Group, as you know. I was very pleased with the result. The car in the colour and specification I wanted was located in a day and I then continued to deal directly with the dealers who were very helpful. The discount obtained, although substantial, was not as high as advertised by some importers but yours was not an import (important if intending to resell at some time). The car was delivered to my door by a transporter. I would certainly recommend The Apple Car Group to my friends.

Just a quick note the thank you all for arranging the supply of my new Vectra. It arrived last week exactly on the day you promised. I’ve now sold my Astra GTE for £550 more than I was offered by my local dealer, so all in all I’m delighted I came across your company. When does my first payment come out of my bank? I would prefer it to be taken on the 4th day of every month. Can you please advise.

This is the first time I have bought a car in this manner. Not having met you or your colleagues I was somewhat anxious when I had to pay my deposit of £500. You hear some horror stories about dodgy Internet companies selling goods from their front lounges and not fulfilling their promises. I am delighted and relieved to say that Apple is a first class company who I have recommended to several people since my car arrived. It will be interesting to see the reaction of my local dealers when I take my car for it’s first service. Having bought my last three cars from them, I was most surprised when they could not match your price.
